Andrew Scheer is the MP of Regina—Qu'Appelle, first elected in 2006, and is the former leader of the Conservative party.
In regards to the convoy, he and five other Saskatchewan MPs along with a senator had a photo showing support for the convoy:

The convoyists he refers to weren't part of the supply chain while they were idling in Ottawa.
