Andrew Scheer is the MP of Regina—Qu'Appelle, first elected in 2006, and is the former leader of the Conservative party.
In regards to the convoy, he and five other Saskatchewan MPs along with a senator had a photo showing support for the convoy:
A few of our SK Caucus members went to show our appreciation for the hardworking, patriotic truckers who have kept our supply chains healthy & grocery shelves stocked for the past two years. It’s great to see Canadians championing freedom on Parliament Hill. #freedomconvoy22 --Kevin Waugh [1]
The convoyists he refers to weren't part of the supply chain while they were idling in Ottawa.
A few years earlier, he was opposed to blockades by the first nations, claiming that they should check their privilege. [2]
