Benjamin P Pogue is an American businessman and the current President and CEO of Pogue Construction Co located in McKinney, Texas, United States. He was one of the top donors for the Freedom Convoy 2022 fundraiser on the Christian crowdfunding website GiveSendGo.

On February 13, 2022, a data leak of the Freedom Convoy 2022 fundraiser's donor list revealed approximately 92,000 donations were made, totaling more than $8 million. Pogue donated a total of $20,000 to the fundraiser.
In a statement to news media, Pogue stated:
