Dennis Martin is a convoyist protestor.

During his bail hearing, he was shouting at the court, twitching, refusing duty counsel, denying he knows what his charges are, and interrupting the clerk reading the arraignment saying something about murder and maggots. Even shouting "Are you a stupid maggot" to the Justice of the Peace.[1]
