Many people on social media have been pro-convoy with misguided and sometimes hateful comments towards police, government, democracy and Ottawa residents.

- Twitter user @MNeigham, in response to Green Rebel's statement about the aggressive protestors, claimed that it was like a simply Antifa/BLM protest (which was much less disruptive) and claiming the government closed the business off and on for 2 years.
