Tyler Berry is an organizer for a secondary convoy event in Peterborough.

Before the events of the convoy, he was previously arrested and charged with criminal harassment and intimidation of a health official following an incident at the home of Peterborough medical officer of health on January 19. He was released on an undertaking with conditions and was scheduled to appear in court on February 17.

On February 26, after participating in the morning in a slow-roll event, livestreamed his arrest. He was uncooperative, claiming that he did not consent and argued about the spelling of his name on the warrant (a common tactic used by sovereign citizens), eventually leading to a car window being smashed. He was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court, and was held in custody for a bail hearing. He was granted bail, with the next court appearance on March 15.[1]
